応募資格は“コネ”のある人―。老舗出版社の岩波書店（東京）が、２０１３年度定期採用で、応募条件として「岩波書店（から出版した）著者の紹介状あるいは社員の紹介があること」を掲げ、事実上、縁故採用に限る方針を示したことが２日分かった。

            <p>　同社の就職人気は高く、例年、数人の採用に対し千人以上が応募。担当者は縁故採用に限った理由を「出版不況もあり、採用にかける時間や費用を削減するため」と説明。入社希望者は「自ら縁故を見つけてほしい」としている。</p>
            <p>岩波書店の１３年度採用は、大学の新卒や経験者らを対象に実施。書類審査後、４月に筆記試験や面接を行い、若干名を採用する</p>
